Gambit Esports has announced that Andrey 'Andi' Prokhorov has joined Gambit Esports as head coach, who will now undergo a trial period where his continuation will be decided at the end.

Andi has been an analyst as well as coach for NaVi, and here's what he had to say on the move: "I am glad to work at Gambit Esports and would like to thank the management for doing everything necessary for me to join the team, as well as for persistency in addressing this matter."

One of the first things I was told about this organization is that it's a big family. I am sure that it relates to its fans as well. I sincerely believe that I can become a part of it. As a head coach my main function is to unite, develop and guide, that's my first goal. I doubt that there is a person who can say that I am not capable of working or approach my obligations improperly. Work is what I do. Let's leave beautiful speeches aside and get straight to business. Hopefully, our fans will have even more reasons to be proud in the future."

Is this a good catch for Gambit?
